Change your thoughts…Change your decisions…Change your life. Isn’t this so true? Everything in life is a thought game. Instead of thinking “I can’t” change it to “I can.” Instead of saying “I don’t know how” change it to “how can I?”

With over 60,000 to 90,000 thoughts running through our heads, it’s a task, I know. However; thoughts, beliefs, personalities and lives are built one thought, and one decision, at a time. Really and truly. Read that again and let it sink in.
