Day 21: Something About The Open Road

January 22, 2019 by Tracy 9,768 Comments

There is just something about hitting the open road. Whether business or personal, I absolutely adore road trips. I feel the most free, adventurous and creative in my truck driving down the highway. Add in some Vega and podcasts and you have the recipe for massive soul searching and/or business innovation. In case you are wondering, I listened to some Rachel Hollis (Rise Podcast) and Jenna Kucher (The Goal Digger Podcast). I ? these two gals!

I arrived at my hotel in Minnedosa around 5:00 pm. It’s Ag Days this week. Brandon was all sold out, however, U really don’t care. Discovered some gorgeous countryside, a great motel, friendly people, good eats and some great finds at the local bargain store. Trip made already!

It’s going to be a great week at Ag Days!

Your km clocking friend,

Tracy

Day 20: Soul Sunday

January 20, 2019 by Tracy 10,184 Comments

For the longest time, I have always called Sundays…Soul Sundays. Sunday is THAT day and always has been for the longest time. Sunday for many people means church, family/friends, food and slowing down to appreciate the blessings that we have!

My Sundays are definately about staying home and slowing down. My two hardfast rules for Sunday are no outings and I MUST prepare a nice Sunday supper. I actually do get a bit mad when people put things on Sunday.

For me, Sunday is the day to “get right with my soul.” Not that I am not during the week, it’s just a different pace and focus. When I was writing this article, I searched Soul Sunday to try and find a picture that expressed this sentiment. What I found was better than I had every hoped and was divinely timed. The picture above puts into words what my thoughts and actions have aimed to do on Sundays. Perfect find!

So today I an reading a new book, might glance at the T & T Seeds catalogue and making beef barley soup for lunch and pork roast for supper (or dinner if you prefer). Definately getting right with my soul. Must run…souly things to do!

Your Soul Sunday Loving Friend,

Tracy

Day 19: Limiting Beliefs

January 19, 2019 by Tracy 12,017 Comments

Happy Saturday! I put together a quick 2 minute vlog episode about limiting beliefs.

What are you thinking about all day long, every day? What limiting beliefs are obsessively running through your mind and holding you back?

Do a mental check up, acknowledge the thoughts, study them “scientist style” and then shred those beliefs and be done with them.

In life, what you think about and thank about, comes about.

Do your thoughts of things that you want to bring into your life? Listen in to today’s vlog…

Youe thought scientist friend,

Tracy

Day 18: First Seed Catalogue

by Tracy 19,544 Comments

Guess what just arrived? Well, I guess you seen the picture already so surprise is out. Just received my first of two catalogues that I ordered. Gardener’s xmas list planning!

Something about getting my first seed catalogue EVER is making me feel all grown up. I remember seeing these catalogues on my mom and grandma’s kitchen tables. Every once in a while as a young girl, I would grab them and look through them. Found memories!

Saying that, I just flashed back to one of those times. I do believe that I was picking trees out for my ranch that I woukd have when I got older. Now look at me, ranch and all. Oh the innonence of youth ?

Well I must go. Exhausted and might get to bed before 10:00 pm for once.

I look forward to browsing my catalogue tomorrow when I am refreshed.

Your ? loving friend,

Tracy
